I loved the spacious apartment at Kasa Highland Park Dallas. The kitchen felt like home and made cooking easy. The beds are comfy, and I appreciated the full-size washer and dryer. However, I faced some safety concerns when maintenance entered my unit unannounced. I received alerts about fixing lights that weren’t even broken. It made me uncomfortable for my work meetings. Also, the surrounding neighborhood had loud bar noise at night. Those were real downsides. The apartment itself felt clean and cozy, but the unexpected maintenance visits were unnerving.
